Description
Leary constructed his unique pistol in a bid to evade metal detectors during his attempt to assassinate the U.S. President (Jim Curley), whilst being tracked by Secret Service agent Frank Horrigan (Clint Eastwood).
Made from resin, the pistol is fully strippable and is comprised of a number of separate components held together via a thin rod running through the centre. The pistol features non-functioning triggers, two barrels and cocking handle detail. Cream-coloured paint is present on either side of the gun and there is a small chip at the base of the grip, however overall it remains in very good condition. The pistol is accompanied by a copy of a letter from the film's armourer regarding the pistol.
